“Easy to make a purchase and a good range of options. Only frustration was that it came as a parcel rather than a packet which meant it didn't fit through the letterbox and I missed the delivery.”

“I just found the kid collective and have fallen in love! The perfect kids store. I’ve started shopping for Christmas and have found several wish list items at TKC! Delivery is fast and packaging is good. I’ll be back a few times I’m sure!”

“I was really impressed with the range of products and the speedy customer service. Unfortunately, likely due to factors out of your control, the product took much longer to arrive (and missed the occasion that I was buying it for), but I recognize the carriers can fail us sometimes, and I would definitely buy from you again!”

“I love the products, and I'm looking forward to ordering more for my son. Biggest problem was the condition of the package when it arrived. It was all beat up and wet. Thankfully the products survived.”

Bridget, we are so very sorry that you were unhappy with the arrival of your purchase. Please do keep us updated on these things so we can ensure they do not happen again in the future! We do use eco-friendly packaging, and this doesn't always agree with wet weather if our Posties do not keep them safe! “Glad I found The Kid Collective. A pleasure to shop with them + they care about their customers! 1 star short as 1 of the items I ordered was marred by dark grey scratches on it unfortunately.”
