“Really great service. The pens were packed very carefully, and they arrived safely. I get nervous when buying these things because many places pack them into a bubble envelope and the boxes get squashed in the post. The boxes arrived in perfect condition which is really important if you are giving someone a gift or you collect the packaging. I will definitely look here if I need something again!”

“I got two Ferris Wheel Press pens—a Carousel fountain pen and a Roundabout rollerball. Despite the fact that they are in the UK, Hamilton Pen was the cheapest online retailer for me to order them from, including shipping. They arrived quickly, faster than some retailers located in the US. There was a crack in the rollerball that made it inoperable, but they replied to my email right away and are shipping a replacement. I couldn’t be happier.”
