Not great I got charged twice. It took me a week and about 2 phone calls to yourselves to get refund onto my credit card. I ordered the ecco golf shoes on the Sunday 8th May. Your website had said I would receive them by the Tuesday 10th May. I didn't receive them until Thursday 12th May.

Hi Anthony We are so sorry for the problem with your order. The delivery time on our website is only an indicator for orders placed on a Next Day service which it does say on the product screen and in the basket so apologies if this was missed. All standard orders are delivered within 3 to 7 working days so we were well within this time frame. As for the duplicate payment, we are incredibly sorry for this. We have never seen this happen before so this is why we would of told you the money has not been taken twice. However, I can see that for some reason it was and was flagged with our tech team to fix the problem. We refunded you one of the amounts on the 16th May. Apologies once again for this, we are a hard-working team and would do anything to make sure your experience with us is simple. If there is anything we can help with in the future please let us know. Still not received it yet. Be a good idea to use another delivery coming, Royal Mail have let you down.

Invited to write a review before the item even arrives. Asked for 24 hrs delivery as it was for my daughters birthday. Item was sent 48 hrs. 5 days later it’s still not here. Won’t be using again

Despite being asked to review performance, I have still not received my order. Not only that, when I try to track its progress, I am informed that I have no activity to track. Very unhappy, will not use this vendor again.

3-7 days delivery promised before order. 7 days later not even dispatched. Excuse - we're busy (i.e. making more money but not resourcing responsibly).

Hi We are very sorry you feel this way. The order was placed on the evening of Monday 11th April and due to the bank holiday this weekend we have now dispatched your order today on a next day service. Therefore your order left within 5 working days which is within our 3-7 working days delivery time. We spoke on the phone earlier today and I also confirmed this for you. It is a busy time of year for us after The Masters and with the Easter bank holiday, however, we work really hard to make sure your orders get to you on time and in great condition. Was not happy that my parcel was just left by my door, anyone Gould have picked it up , and I don’t know anyone called bill or was it Ben that was happy to receive my parcel ??

We pay for a signed for service with yodel so we expect this to be hand delivered to you. The information on my item described it as full cord and when it eventually arrived it was 100% rubber. Felt poor quality and not what I thought from the product description I was getting.
