“Why is there no tracking link to the delivey company on your mail replies as you advise 3-5 days but there is no way to track orders so no idea when it is actually going to deliver. I have used other companies who provide the link to the tracking from the company they use so you can see exactly when it wil deliver. Royal mail are not great in comparison to DPD who will send you a message giving a 1 hour window of delivery but I assuem royal mail are the cheap option for your business.”

Hi Kenneth, Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We really appreciate it. We do send tracking emails with a direct link to the courier’s tracking details once an order has left us. We use a range of couriers depending on the size and value of the parcel, including Royal Mail, DHL, DX and DPD. This allows us to choose the most suitable service for each order. Your order was placed on Saturday 14th February and was delivered by Royal Mail on Wednesday 18th February, which is within the advised timeframe. We understand that different couriers offer different tracking features. If you ever prefer a specific courier, please just let us know when ordering and we’ll do our best to arrange that where possible.
