“The Golf Shop was great but let down by the couriers. They delivered to a store as instructed but did not send the purchaser the required E mail with bar code to pick it up.”

“Excellent service! I had a little problem with my delivery date, I called customer service and spoke to a gentleman (I think called Steve). He assured me that my order would leave that day and be delivered the next day, and it happened. My husband’s birthday gift arrived on time. Thank you so much it was very much appreciated.”

“Absolutely brilliant 1st class customer service ! I ordered a pair of golf shoes that arrived before the expected delivery datet. The shoes size turned out to be too big, and the return process was very easy to follow and it was dealt with professionally and extremnely swiftly. I requested a replacement pair, half a size smaller, and they were sent to me withimn a few days. And, they fit perfectltly. Also, The Golf Shop On LIne had the best price on the market for these shoes. So, if you want excent customer service at extremely competetive prices the I can strongly recommend The Golf Shop On LIne.”

“I had a problem with my order onine.Called the sales office and they sorted the problem out over the phone. The person I spoke to was very polite and friendly. The items I ordered were delivered the next day.Pleased with the products.I would recommend using this company for you golfing needs.”
