“I managed to order a golf cart ok. The problem was actually getting it delivered. Delivery was delayed and I’m not sure if it was an issue with The Golf Shop or DPD. Either way I’m still waiting. They do say up to 7 working days and may take a little longer so would advise an express delivery.”

We’ve looked into this for you and, according to the tracking details, your golf cart was marked as delivered on the 25th of June to the correct location. We’d recommend checking around your property and with any neighbours, as occasionally parcels can be left in a safe or nearby place. If you’re still unable to locate the delivery, please don’t hesitate to contact our customer service team and we’ll be happy to raise it with the courier and assist further.

According to the latest tracking update, it’s now out for delivery today and should arrive between 11:29am and 2:29pm.
