“Ordered next day delivery, annoying when you have to wait in and the update arrives on the day taken off only to find it's not coming until next day?”

We’re very sorry that your next day delivery did not arrive as expected, especially as we understand how frustrating it is to take time off and then receive a delay notification on the day itself. Your order was dispatched on the same day it was placed; however, unfortunately, the courier experienced a delay which was outside of our control. “After i ordered online i phoned the next day to change to half size bigger. The assistant was really helpful and went down to the warehouse as they were already ready for shipping. I've ordered from here before and would highly reccommend”

“Would suggest using a different company to deliver goods. Waited in for two days, when delivery was promised, failed to deliver with no explanation. They then asked for a safe place to leave the parcel, I asked for garage, and it was left by the front door, in full view from the road. Very disappointed.”

I’ve checked your order and I’m very sorry to see that it hasn’t progressed with the courier since the 6th January. I appreciate how frustrating this must be. I have opened an investigation with DX immediately to determine what has happened to the parcel. As there has been no movement for several days, it is possible that the parcel has been lost in transit.
