“Service was great but… the order confirmation said I would receive email to update when despatched etc but didn’t hear anything. I was going to call to make sure order had been despatched but then item was delivered. I thought payment had been taken and nothing else happened.”

Hi Alison, Thank you for your review, and we're pleased to hear that you were happy with the service overall. We do apologise that you didn't receive any of the order update emails. Our order confirmation and dispatch notifications are generated automatically, so the most likely explanation is either that we have an incorrect email address on file or that the emails were filtered into your spam or junk folder. We're sorry for the uncertainty this caused and can appreciate why you felt the need to check whether your order had actually been dispatched. Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we'll review this on our side to see if we can identify any issues. Kind regards, Julia The Golf Shop Online
