“Order was delivered promptly and as requested. Had to exchange for a bigger size, this was done without any fuss. Would recommend”

“Can't fault the product arrived in lovely condition the next day. having paid the extra for necxt day delivery. DPD mucked me about though - first saying it would arrive lunchtime - then they put it back to tea time and then cancelled that one saying it could arrive around 22.00 p.m. It actually arrived around 7.30 p.m. with a different driver than the one who I was told would deliver it. Clearly he decided my delivery was a step too far so gave it to someone else to do later so the texts from DPD were just fake customer service. Having hung around all day to sort it before my game the next morning I had wasted a day. Cannot call them - talk to a thick robot via chat - very frustrating - just making you aware that deliovery service is not great”

“I’m afraid Royal Mail delivery let you down. They sent a message saying they would deliver but failed to do it. Didn’t say they failed to deliver. Next day another message - they delivered but outside the time. Lucky I didn’t have a tee time!”

“Excellent service. Had to call customer service as DHL had attempted deliver to the wrong address. The lad couldn’t have been more helpful. Got my new hybrids in time to unleash them the following day as I’d hoped.”

“I wanted to buy some golf shoes and had a shop around on line. Found them on TGSO at a reasonable price. In addition, as I’ve previously purchased from them I got a further small discount from my points earned. I paid the £2 postage for 2-3 day delivery and they arrived within two working days. Overall great service.”

“I bought a pair of ProQuip trousers online that I would not have done in a shop. I did not fit so I returned it. The colour, cut and material were not of a quality that I would normally buy. My fault perhaps for shopping on line. However the "returns" policy and mechanism were very good so I have done just that and look forward to my refund!”
