“I ordered a junior set of Calloway clubs for my son’s birthday. They arrived promptly but had a couple of minor chips in the paint on the back of 3 clubs. The Golf Shop Online were amazing and allowed my son to continue to use them until they were able to replace the whole set including bag, head covers etc. Today they collected the original set and dropped of the new set. My son is delighted. Amazing customer service.”

“Strangely, there was a mistake shipping my order, so 5 stars might seem daft, but the communication was second to none, and the problem was rectified by Lauren going out of her way to arrange a suitable timely delivery. At this time of year etc. and with the way the situation was sorted, I can't say they're anything less than 5 stars. (That's if it turns up as re-arranged :-)”
