“I don’t know how the product is since I haven’t received it yet - DX Express have twice failed to deliver - they provide a date and then don’t turn up - no message, no apology in fact no communication whatsoever ! Change your courier !”

I have just checked your order for the Powakaddy Micra Push Trolley and Powakaddy Umbrella Holder and I can see they were delivered successfully by DPD on the 27th November. We do not use DX Express as a courier, so I think this may be another parcel you are waiting for. If this is the case, we would really appreciate it if you changed this review from a 1 star. We are a hardworking company, and these reviews really impact our business, so it would be great if you could change this.
