“Bit disappointed with the delivery arrangements. We selected delivery up to 7 days, but the delivery was attempted the next day after 6 pm. As it was obviously a business address we did not want it delivering on a Friday at 6 pm when the office would have been empty. I managed to cancel the delivery, or so I thought, and called the shop to explain why. However, I received a message from the delivery company saying that as we were out they would be back the following week. Complete waste of my time, which was a shame as the products and the service are very good. Perhaps next time we will call and place the order rather than online.”

“Order was processed and dleivered promptly. My only point of feedback is that on dleivery by DPD the box was quite damaged with a siginifcant tear in the box that made it look like the items inside could be damaged. Fortunately the clubs inside were not damaged but the handling of the package by DPD was noy very good. I have attached some photos to highlight the issue.”
