“It's always worrying when you order a small part for use in other equipment, specifically in this case a battery for a 14 year old DSLR Camera. There's always the risk that you end up ordering the incorrect item or not receiving the branded item that you ordered and wanted. I need't have concerned myself, the correct branded item was delivered promptly and I was kept informed of progress with the oncoming delivery -thanks”

“Ordering was very easy on line with TFC, if only they would use a better delivery company other than UPS the transaction would have been perfect, UPS did not deliver on the day promised I lost a days work due to this and had problems on several occasions with them so basically in future I won’t order in the future with companies who use UPS for deliveries, other than that I’d use TFC all day long.”

Hi Jackie, thank you so much for your 5-star review, we really appreciate you taking the time to leave your feedback. We're very sorry to hear you had some issues with your UPS delivery. I've had a little look into the tracking history and I can see we packed your item for shipping at 8.44am on the 17th, and that the parcel was delivered 12.09pm on the 19th. Whilst most of our deliveries do arrive next working day, it's not always the case unfortunately and the odd two day delivery is within the realms of "normal" for all couriers. We've tried a variety of couriers over the years including DPD, Parcelforce, TNT, DHL and others, and it's always the same, most arrive next day, but some take a little longer. It could unfortunately be that your local UPS depot or driver is not as efficient as others. A couple of things I would recommend if you know you have an urgent shoot. 1) If at all possible, if you can order before about 2pm, we can get your parcel sent same day, as opposed to the next morning. Unfortunately your order came in to late for this, so a few hours earlier and likely your parcel arrives a whole day earlier. 2) If at all possible, give yourself an extra day or two buffer for the delivery if you know you have a job lined up (I appreciate that might not always be possible!). 3) If you give us a call on 02078375649 when you place your order to let us know that it's especially urgent, we can look into the possible options for you to increase the likelihood of it arriving to your schedule. Special same day, AM, and weekend services are all things we can discuss to help you out! Thanks again, and have a great day! TFC

“The light I purhcased was a at a very good price and there was quick delivery. I also asked several questions about other products (one of which I purchased and one I didn't) and the responses to these were very quick - it's good to have someone who knows about what their company is selling able to provide information and advice.”
