“Unable to order Arctic Char fillets, 'priority required' notice stops completion of the order. This has not occurred previously and I have ordered many times. Also, bream fillets have not been available for months. These two items are a main part of my very regular orders. Therefore currently not so happy with Fish Society and may be forced to search out other sites - please help!!!”

“They deliver what they promise: The highest quality fish and seafood frozen in peak condition and delivered still perfectly frozen (reliably, by DPD). I have been buying from them for 10 years and in this time have raised one small complaint. Their response was exemplary.”

“Even when , on the first delivery, the package was delivered to my daughter in laws tack room , on the wrong side of the road and totally random place, the delivery was still frozen. Great packaging guys!”
