“Not good at all! The Fish Society was to deliver my order on Monday. They didn’t, ignored my 2 emails and when I called them the next day they told me:” It seems your order was overlooked from our side”. Nobody even said sorry! Customer service is so disappointing.”

“my last order was for delicious prawns, you showed them in a glass jar and the prawns were large, i ordered 3x bags expecting to use them as delicious prawn coctails. i was so disappointed when they arrived the bags of prawns where not as the photo but quite small. Please look at your sales photo and be honest.”

“Thank you for a great service. Helpful, polite and efficient. Order arrived on time and well packed. The only problem was with delivery service who left the box outside the entrance when they could have pressed a bell to put it inside the hall. --------It isn't safe to leave parcels with access to passers by in London anymore.”
