Dear customer, Looking into this matter we can see that the parcel was stolen and we have since then sent a replacement order which we hope was received well. We do apologise for this experience, certainly not one we would want for our customers but hope the new order has made up for it. If you have any concerns or if we could be of any assistance, don't hesitate to contact us. Kind regards, The Fish Society

“The delivery service was sub standard. They are supposed to deliver to my door and there is a lift but instead dumped the box in the ground floor of my building and did not text or call me to collect. I only found out 30 minutes later just because I checked my email and saw an email notification. The smoked salmon was completely defrosted by that point. I will never use Fish Society again if they can’t ensure their courier company follow basic instructions.”

Hi there, We’re truly sorry to hear about your delivery experience. It’s disappointing when the courier service standards are not met, and we understand how frustrating it must have been to discover your order left unattended. Your feedback regarding communication and delivery is invaluable, and we will address this with our courier to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Kind regards, The Fish Society
