“Tuna did not arrive in package. Someone said they would look into it. Chased it up and was told it was out of stock and offered a refund. Poor communication. Should have informed me as soon as it was out of stock. Disappointed.”

“Too quality products every time clear instruction videos if you need them, great service and quick delivery in the best packaging to ensure the products arrive in tip top condition. “They didn’t make me VERY happy, but only mildly - that’s because the stock wasn’t available during ‘Black Friday’ and didn’t have the offers on the TUESDAY?? And the free offer of Smoked Salmon wasn’t included”
