“Fish quality not in dispute. Three different delivery times non of w high came to fruition and box arrived next day. Poor communication from delivery company left us in the dark at 10pm. That mad is UNHAPPY. Resolution by you very efficient.”

“I paid for fish then they told me the fish had been delivered but it wasn’t where they said it was so I phoned them up to complain so they said we will get it to you tomorrow so I told them my address because I noticed that the delivery details where that of my post code not my flat number so they where wrong and I pointed this out to them so they said it was not a problem then the next day they said it was here but it wasn’t so I contacted them and they told me they could not help me I was not going to receive my order ever and they stole my money the whole thing was all there fault I am very hurt by the way I have been treated I believe it must be against the law they don’t care 🥴”

Good afternoon David This is a really unfortunate situation. Your order was due for delivery on the Saturday but it couldn't be delivered because the address you submitted was incomplete. Our emails are not manned over the weekend and by the time we saw your email about the error it was too late to do anything about it. The couriers can only go by the address provided on the order so as the house/flat number was missing from the first line of your address, it made it impossible for them to deliver your order successfully. We're very sorry that on this occasion, things didn't work out. Kind regards The Fish Society
