“So far, I have bought kippers and a selection of canapés for Christmas, so it is all waiting in the freezer. However, their delivery driver, DPD, keeps delivering to the wrong house! OR do not deliver at all! I am getting frustrated with this, I have asked the Fish Society team to look into it, tho because my neighbor was good enough to deliver stuff to me, they won’t investigate!”

Hi Melodie, We do apologise for the difficulties with DPD. We understand how frustrating this is. DPD are the best of the worst and we do entrust them to do fulfil their services but we too are let down on a daily basis. We can only hope with constant feedback, services will improve.
