“Excellent service! The order arrived as promised. On the day I got an email telling me the approximate time of delivery which I appreciated at this busy time of the year. The carp fillets I had ordered seemed to be in perfect condition. I put them in the freezer, as suggested. I haven't tried them yet because they'll be eaten on Christmas Eve.”

“Delivery was perfect. Present for my daughter, I sent them to her last year also, and she said your potted shrimps are far and away the best she has ever tasted. She said this years are equally wonderful - still the best potted shrimp in existence!”

“Tuna did not arrive in package. Someone said they would look into it. Chased it up and was told it was out of stock and offered a refund. Poor communication. Should have informed me as soon as it was out of stock. Disappointed.”
