“Having ordered with Fish Society over many years with exceptional service, however, recently there was an issue with the delivery company used. On corresponding with F/S and outlining issues they were put right with no fuss. I will continue to shop with confidence and enjoy their super fresh / frozen products for time to come.”

“Your delivery company are dreadful. Left the box in full sun on the doorstep despite explicit signage NOT to do so, but to use the parcel box at the side (clearly marked). Your delivery charges also suck. The "discount" voucher arrived some time AFTER I'd already placed the order, and expired within hours. Packing was the only redeeming feature.”
