“The service, fish quality, and overall value are excellent. The product itself consistently meets high standards, making it a great choice for sashimi lovers. However, the only downside—and quite a significant one—is the choice of DPD for delivery. On multiple occasions, they have left my package containing raw fish unattended on my doorstep, exposed to potential theft and unsuitable conditions. Given the perishable nature of the product and its cost, this is extremely frustrating and undermines the otherwise outstanding experience. If a more reliable courier service were used, I would have no hesitation in giving a 10/10 rating.”
