“For the first time since I started buying from you, there was a problem with my order - you sent the wrong item. I contacted you within minutes of receiving the order to explain what was wrong. It was instantly agreed, that I could keep the item (worth over £100), that you'd sent erroneously and the missing/substituted item was sent out same day, which I received the following morning. If only every internet outlet would correct an error that quickly! Thank you for the excellent service.”
