“We ordered the Whole Wild Monkfish Tails and the Whole Raw XL Prawns for a bbq. The items were packaged well and were still frozen upon delivery, despite it being a very hot and sunny day. We seasoned our monkfish tails with a chermoula spice blend and our prawns with a lovely garlic & herb butter. Both products barbecued perfectly and we thoroughly enjoyed them.”

“It’s covered in the FAQs but it should be explicit in the advertising and across the site that fish is likely to arrive defrosted. Had I known this in advance I could have made provision.”
