“Because of its VERY poor delivery performance, I have to rate FS only 1 star, even though the products themselves are at leeast 4 stars. If one wants to save money on a cheaper contract with the carrier, one pays a price in disappointed customers (other companies use the same carrier with excellent delivery performance, go figure…)”
