The Apostille Service is a professional document legalisation service in the UK. We have been arranging apostille certificates for our clients for over 20 years and have a vast knowledge of how to handle all UK document types for use in most countries around the world.

In addition to apostille certificates we also offer embassy attestation for many countries including but not limited to the UAE, Qatar, Egypt, China, Vietnam and many more.

“Umar and the other people that helped me were so efficient. There was no delay in answering any of my questions and helped me out when I had not filled out anything correctly. Living overseas, this was a huge deal with trust but it worked. I wish all businesses were as on the ball as this. Thank you”

“We needed our marriage certificate approved and we only had one week to get this done. The problem was we were in Cyprus! We sent the document via courier to the Apostille Service and it was turned around in a day and we received it back in Cyprus the day before our meeting. A fantastic service and may thanks to all.”

“Very appreciate the hard work performed by Apostille for the embassy attestation. I received the embassy attestation before the committed period. The committed period was 15 working days but I got the attestation around 12 working days. Thank you so much, the team.”

“I was very pleased with the service I received from the Apostille Service. A member of their team, Jessica James, remained in contact with me every step of the way, answering any and all queries that I had about my application and letting me know when they had received the legalised document back, ready to be delivered to my chosen destination. Jessica was very supportive and very polite and professional throughout the whole process - I was very impressed by her! Excellent customer service is very rare these days unfortunately and Jessica has proven that it does still exist! I Will definitely use this service again should I ever need to.”

Thank you for the review. I have checked your order records and I can see there was a small delay with the document. The Foreign and Commonwealth Office did not have a record of the registrar's signature. It took a couple of days longer communicating with the registrar to verify the document. This occurs in around 1-2% of documents. I am pleased that we were able to resolve this and complete the apostille service. Regards, Mike.

“The positive is I received my document with the Apostille stamp. The negative is this service is extremely overpriced - it's a stamp for heaven's sake. A few years ago in Brussels they would put the Apostille for 10 euros. I did everything to receive it as soon as possible and still took a week or 5 working days.”

Hi Eva Thank you for taking the time to write a review. I am sorry you feel the service is expensive and took too long. I have had a look at your order and according to our records we received the order on Thursday the 9th November and dispatched the completed document on Friday 10th November. The courier then delivered it to you on Monday 13th November which was the next working day. This is the fastest service we can offer and is the quickest timescale we would quote to any customer. Regarding the price, we do understand it can be an expensive process. Unfortunately there are government fees, courier fees and sometimes solicitors fees to be paid to complete the process. We believe we are the cheapest apostille service available in the UK and strive to keep our prices as low as possible while maintaining a fast service. We can not comment on the Belgium apostille fees as this is a different system to the UK apostille. Thanks again for your feedback. Kind regards Steve
