“I found out that I needed to get my documents apostilled very last minute. I spoke to Lewis on the chat explaining that my appointment at the consulate was in a week's time and asked if it was possible to get the documents apostilled and posted back in time. He told me that if I addressed the envelope to him he would do his absolute best to get them done in time. I posted them off straight away but the next day I found out I needed my marriage certificate apostilling too!! I posted it off with a note asking if they could work a miracle and also get this one back to me by the time of my appointment too. Lewis emailed me to say he had received my original certificates and that he had recognised my name on the marriage certificate and taken over the order. He assured me that all would be back to me in time for my appointment and I'm pleased to say everything was!! I can't recommend this service enough and I'm so grateful to Lewis for getting everything done so quickly. He really went above and beyond and I'm incredibly grateful.”

“It is the first time that I have used the service. I live in Peru and by regulatory requirements, in order to be a lecturer at a local university I had to apostille my graduate degrees obtained in the UK. “Very easy to navigate the website however after receiving the confirmation email it asked me to send documents by mail. It didn’t say exactly what documents and also I don’t currently live in the UK. I contacted their chat support and spoke to Lewis; or as I now call him ‘Lewis the Legend’. He completely sorted me out and when I lost connection was just about to call me when we got reconnected.
