Thanks for the review of our apostille service. The legalisation team work hard to complete all orders in the quickest time possible and your order was dispatched in just 1 working day. When customers select the secure courier service we use a hard back envelope and insert this into a waterproof pouch to ensure documents arrive safely and in the condition they left our office. “The Apostille Service itself was excellent. However, it was let down badly by its choice of courier who took three days to deliver the envelope. The first day the driver claimed that there was no answer even though I was at home all day, the second day the driver claimed that there was no such address. It took several emails, phone calls and tweets to get a successful delivery. I took time off work to wait at home for deliveries which never arrived. I suggest that The Apostille Service should review its choice of courier and use the Royal Mail Recorded Next Day Delivery instead.”
