“Sent quickly and very well wrapped. I also ordered a similar mug but different pattern from another shop and that one came boxed - so that’s the only reason I have given 4 instead of 5 stars for this purchase - otherwise great service and I’d buy from them again. Thank you”

“Arrived promptly and was well packed. I was disappointed that it didn’t come in it’s Dunoon mug box as I couldn’t give it as a gift but kept it and love the design. Unfortunately there is a bubble in the porcelain which made me wonder if these are seconds but for the price it was okay. By the time I added postage I could have bought a full price one in its box.”

“I was very impressed with my order apart from one item which was sadly faulty both times it was sent out (i.e the replacement was also faulty which was frustrating as it had clearly been sent out with the fault.) I would like to add that Customer Services were very helpful.”

“Excellent service! On the seventh day of my order my Dunoon mugs were with me in Bulgaria. Very well packed and without damage. But they are not really like the pictures - in fact the colors and bone china are darker. Summarized - everything except the colors is flawless.”

“Good service - arrived when should have done. Really pleased with the mugs I ordered and the website had so much choice it was great. Only concern was the amount of plastic packaging that they were wrapped in. I didn't know that they were based in Chesham very close to me and I'm guessing that the shop in Berkhamsted called Temptation may be their's. If I could have clicked and collected from the shop that would have been much better, or I could have collected from Chesham and avoided some of the packaging.”
