“Excellent service! On the seventh day of my order my Dunoon mugs were with me in Bulgaria. Very well packed and without damage. But they are not really like the pictures - in fact the colors and bone china are darker. Summarized - everything except the colors is flawless.”

“Good service - arrived when should have done. Really pleased with the mugs I ordered and the website had so much choice it was great. Only concern was the amount of plastic packaging that they were wrapped in. I didn't know that they were based in Chesham very close to me and I'm guessing that the shop in Berkhamsted called Temptation may be their's. If I could have clicked and collected from the shop that would have been much better, or I could have collected from Chesham and avoided some of the packaging.”

“I received my order in good time and very well packed but was disappointed to find that 3 out of my 5 pottery items had noticeable flaws, and as they were expensive I decided to return them. The returns process was straightforward and the staff were polite and helpful but I had to pay the return postage myself. I was a little put off, however when brought to their notice Temptation Gifts got in touch to apologise and refund my postage charges. This is what good customer service looks like.”

Hello, thank you for your feedback, i am sorry that 3 of the mugs were flawed. If any items are faulty we do provide a prepaid label, i am sorry that on this occasion this was not the case. we have refunded the £3.50 to you today. “Pleased with the Christmas mugs but not happy with the Royal Mail delivery! Although I leave messages to deliver to a safe place these are ignored and I have to go to a very busy sorting office. Please change your carriers”
