“I was a little wary as I’d not ordered with Temptation Gifts before. Were they a genuine company, would I get my items?! A lovely lady rang me a day after ordering to say that one of the items was the last one and the box was slightly damaged - did I still want to go ahead with the order. This reassured me they were indeed a real company at least! I confirmed I did want the item included and thanked her for checking with me. Lovely customer service. Sure enough my items arrived (quite quickly I might add) and I was really happy with them!”

“Have been purchasing from Temptation gifts for a while - usually dunoon mugs. This past Christmas I ventured out into their wider selection and bought some lovely children's presents. Delivery is good and when I did have cause for complaint it was dealt with speedily and replaced even though it turned out to be user error.”

She arranged next day delivery for my package at no extra charge when I explained I needed it urgently, as my daughter was leaving for university and I wanted to give her the gift before she left.
