“I’m happy with the product but very unhappy with the excessive delivery costs to France. The most expensive calendar I’ve ever bought because of that. The company should not use FedEx for such items. They never stop sending extra bills. Never again sorry!”

“My parcel was unfortunately not delivered due to a post issue however the customer service was incredible! They managed to check with Royal Mail and gave me a refund. I then re ordered and my next parcel arrived in good hands! 100% best customer service and website!”

Thank you for your review, We have investigated by completing a parcel weight check with Royal Mail. This involved re-picking your complete order and weighing it to compare the confirmed dispatched weight with Royal Mail, against the full order weight. Our findings conclude that the Trick or Treat mug was in the parcel when it left us. Our current stock position also shows that the mug was dispatched . We cannot re-send or refund for the mug as the supporting information shows that this was packed and shipped. We also confirm that having additionally checked the Royal Mail delivery photo in the tracking link, the parcel arrived fully sealed, and we have no reason to believe that the box was tampered with in transit.
