“Very good service, items where wrapped in tissue paper to protect the boxes and well protected in a box that said fragile. Very prompt and speedy service, and quick delivery. Loved the items so much brought more for presents very happy customer. X”

“Ordered 5 Dunoon Mugs (Bute shape) and they arrived safely. Disappointed that the Bluebell mug was more pale purple then blue and looked more like a second. When emailed them, they rightly said thet did not produce, but they did sell to me using a photos that was no way like the mug or an earlier Bluebell mug I used to have before I dropped it. Their buying person should have returned to Dunoon Mugs or sold at half price. The other Mugs were like the photos and are being well used. Suspect I will not win a voucher for this review but if I do know which Mugs not to buy. :-)”
