Absolute joke of a company not recived refund after 12 months

Paid back £1000 after 7 months wait. Still owed £1805 and it's now 12 months from the flight date. 18 months since they have had my money. PPI paid out quicker than than these robbing bar stewards!!!!

Doesn't warrant 1 star. Lie after lie the sooner they get taken to court the better. 10 seconds to get through the booking line. Hours waiting on the complaints lines. Never use the robbing b!@!$@s again.

Appears to be every customer but as others have said, booked a holiday for April 2020 which was cancelled due to covid and still waiting for a refund! Have been in touch with the flight company who informed me that they refunded Teletext in June 2020. So they have the money but are refusing to return it to customers. They have not stopped responding to my emails and have been unable to contact them by phone. Absolutely disgusting company. Steer clear.

A shower of gangsters. Booked a holiday with them in February 2020 which was cancelled due to COVID. Have been in contact with them numerous times and have been told lie after lie but still haven’t received a penny of my money back.

Still no refund after 12 months! Hopefully they will be taken to court soon and enforced to repay the 7m they owe. Absolutely appalling service. Never never use them again

My mate and I booked a holiday in January 2020, for May 2020. It was cancelled due to covid 19. We tried getting in touch and on the odd occasions we did we were fobbed of with lies. My mate got through on 8th April 2021 and was told the money would be returned with in the next few days. More lies as it’s now May and still nothing. We got in touch with jet2 and also the hotel and we’re told the money from both parties had been returned to teletext holidays. So they get your money back but don’t want to return it to the rightful owners. In my opinion that’s theft, so all these people who they own money to have had it stolen by the unscrupulous firm Called teletext holidays. Do not use this company or any associated with them because if anything goes wrong you will not get your money back. They are thieves and fraudsters, so block them and last put them out of business. Even get in touch with teletext and get them removed. Let’s get up a petition and get the removed as a holiday company.

I wouldn’t even give it a one star !!!!! Worst company ever for three weeks waiting on phone for 1hour 50 at least to speak to someone to amend holiday to be told we call you back still waiting ! No reply to email not able to do live chat I don’t have business name and as for the form to complete for amendments it goes back to main page this company is a disgrace DO NOT use them scam good holiday price however no customer service when things go wrong

one word for these SCAMMERS been on the phone nearly 3 hours trying to get hold of them for a refund but if you select to go through to a different department they will answer the phone straight away but still can’t deal with your enquiry so will put you back on hold to the refund department absolute shambles of a company stay away from these. Also very RUDE

Same as everyone else avoid this company like the plague Booked our holiday for April 2021 it was cancelled due to the pandemic in 2020 The only thing we have received was a refund confirmation from Jet 2 and guess what it went straight to Teletext holidays who surprise surprise have not paid up our £2700 As for them (Teletext) not even an email or explanation You try to phone them and are listening to TomJones for over an hour with no answer What is going on absolute shocking treatment from a shocking company My wife is a front line nurse who has worked throughout the pandemic and was looking forward to a break but looks like someone at this terrible company is lining their pockets with our hard earned cash I hope you sleep well at night who ever is in charge because you obviously won’t have been furloughed either !

NEVER NEVER book with this company. They will not refund you for cancelled holidays. They were refunded three weeks ago by Jet2 for the flights and they won't even give me that. They owe me £730 in total and on the phone today I was told I would get a credit note for that amount in August. When I would get a cash refund Khalida had no idea. SHOCKING.

Very quick to take my money but since the holiday has been cancelled I am waiting a lifetime to get my money back.. I was going to rebook later in the year but think i'll take my money somewhere else.

This is the worst holiday site in history when it’s time to take ur money they take it I’ve been on hold for 4hrs over a 2day span I adivise nobody to book with these people. I will be raking this matter up with the Birmingham mail and I have a huge following in social media. They will not be getting away with this

Shocking company to deal with, as already written, if you want to book a holiday, they'll answer the phone in seconds, if it's a refund or cancellation, you'll be on the phone for hours, only to be hung up on. They have a stock answer email, that means absolutely nothing, that they send for every inquiry. Please AVOID and don't be tempted by the lower offers, soon as your on the phone, the holiday price rises. Total scam artists.

TT765725 teletext Holidays. Pure rip off and all who work for them are as bad. Using corona virus as an excuse not to refund people. Don't know how there getting away with it. It's against the law to keep people's money and make interest on it. Jet 2 have confirmed they have refunded my flight money instantly. So my solicitor is taking this to court within the next couple of weeks. Don't book holiday with this company. And don't take notice of good reviews all faults. Thank you.

NEVER BUY A HOLIDAY FROM THEM! Price online is always lower than when you phone up to book and then the hard sale tactics begin - less days at the lower price, different arrival/departure times at the lower price and call backs late at night when you might be more likely to take the the offer. Really hard to get hold of, non-existent customer service response to emails. Still waiting for a refund of £4500 which was paid in Jan 2020!

Booked holidays for April 2020 was cancelled due to COVID Have spoken to many and many emails there is no refund Today I spoke to some one she said her name is ruby but refused to give me her full name saying it’s company policy not to give full name (it’s a laugh) . She said the email address I been using was wrong and she gave me a another email address when I tried to send email on that address It saying it is address not found They are all lying Wish gov will do something to have the money back , paid 2000 pounds and now looks like it lost. Please no one book with them . Never seen any company like this before Such an awful experience
