DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS Company...m shocking customer service. Scammers! They hang up when they can't answer your questions or have to change something! Nightmare to get through to them. They take your money in a flash I'm on to them s year now about this holiday! They keep saying cancel it! If I cancel my flights are non refundable??? There scammers!

Have a holiday booked to magaluf and they booked us in a hotel which isn’t even open. After spending about 15 hours on the phone to change the hotel to one that’s open I still haven’t got anywhere with it. Currently we’ll be going to magaluf and spending the nights on the beach it seems!!! ABSOLUTE SCAM of a company. DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE

DO GOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY!!! They fraudulently used my card details I used to pay for my deposit to take £900 out of my bank themselves. I’m currently in contact with my bank to try and get the money back. The payment was due for a holiday to Greece on the 7th of July this year, in which was cancelled and I’ve got refunded for the flights off Ryan Air already. I’m not sure how they think charging me for flights which are none existent is justifiable? And how they expect me to go on a holiday in which I can’t even get to the hotel? I’ve had no money in my bank for the last 3 months and as soon as I get my 1st pay check after graduating from University, they take the WHOLE LOT. I currently have no money to live off. It’s clear they’ve been trying and trying to take the transaction out all of these months and as soon as they’ve seen I’ve got money in it, THE DAY AFTER, they’ve taken it all out. Honestly, no words for this company. They don’t respond to ANY form of contact, emails, refund forms, telephone. It’s disgraceful. I pray to god they get taken to court and justice is served for the thousands of customers just like me who’ve faced such unjustifiable and illegal actions off of this company. If my bank cannot redeem my money then I will be taking TeletextHolidays to court.

Still waiting for a refund due to corona virus epidemic. This company is a joke. Don't trust them they will rip you off. Been waiting for my refund since October 2020.now June 2021. All good reviews are faults. Just look at the names that should give you a clue.

**STAY AWAY** holiday was cancelled in March 2020 still no refund from Teletext holidays 15 months later just generic response to emails saying they are awaiting refund from supplier!!!! Absolutely disgusting they can get away with this !!!

Paid for a holiday in full on 07.12.2019 for a holiday in June 2020 which was cancelled due to COVID . Phoned on numerous occasions to talk to someone with no avail, texted them every week only to get an answer sometimes that they are looking into refunds. Finally got my refund 14.06.2020 for full amount, but how many more people have had this done to them and the interest received by Teletext holidays on our money

My flights have been cancelled by Ryanair (Covid) but Teletext hadn't bothered to tell us this! I've tried to ring and message only to have the phone put down on me everytime ! Disgusting service -dort it out!

Absolute waste of oxygen trying to get any sense out of these people. They do not accept responsibility, even when they are clearly responsible. Their attitude is appalling and most of the staff are completely ignorant. I did manage to speak to one lady who gave all the right answers and made me feel like I was getting somewhere, then ‘boom’, back to square one. No response whatsoever.

wow what a waste of space this company in, please do not even think of booking with them, if you ring to book they answer within seconds, but try to ring for anything else once they have your money and its like trying to speak to the Queen, its just not going to happen. easyjet have cancelled flights refunded them my money but all I get is a email telling me to not to forget to check in on line, on this non existant flight. I have sat on hold for over 20 hours in 3 weeks, twice I have got through to be cut off after giving my details

We booked our holiday to Crete on Sept 2020, when the 'red/amber/green' system wasn't implemented. Crete is Amber and as we both work for the NHS, so we wanted to cancel 2 months ago. After lengthy hold times, numerous cut-off/ unanswered calls and several emails, we got a reply 6 weeks later (14 days before we're meant to fly out), saying the cancellation fees are 100%!!! We havent had a single email from them about the holiday since Sept 2020. I have never used this company before, and shall absolutely never use it again, and will tell absolutely EVERYONE I know NEVER to use teletext holidays, as their level of customer service is clearly below any imaginable expected standard. We are now in the process of trying to schedule with them to next year with the hope of the world being back to some form of normality again. I fear we won't see our £1500.00 back.

If ever you want to throw your money away boom with these. I have been hung up in, laughed at, ignored and have had zero communication from them in a whole year of waiting for my money back. Disgraceful company!

I have a holiday booked for June. My flight has been changed and I’ll be returning a day later than planned. I’ve been trying to contact teletext holidays for 3 weeks to no avail. I’m on hold for up to 3 hours until they cut me off. I have again this morning tried to contact them this morning, spoken to a lady regarding my concerns who was rude stating do I not know how busy they are then transferred me through to another line just to be on hold for hours again! Absolute joke!!!

I booked a holiday with them in Oct 2019 to go away in June 2020, it was cancelled in March one of the advisers told me. I was told that refunds would be made in Sep 2020, guess what nothing, I have emailed them 2 to 3 times a week since then and all I get is thank you for your patience. This company is abysmal in the way it has treated its customer's, I know there have been problems with the Covid but to totally ignore its customers is appalling. there is no excuse for withholding money that is not theirs. I would urge anyone thinking of booking with them to go else where, customer care is none existent. The management want sacking because they are the ones who make the policy's and withhold all payments owing to their customers this should never be allowed to happen again by any of the Holiday companies.

Crooks are perhaps the best description as regards this hideous company , how their trade body can countenance such illegal behaviour is beyond me !! ie a.b.t.a.or atol. Teletext Holidays ,illegally, took money from my credit card after the holiday had been cancelled. I had to resort to Law to recover the money-very stressful tosaythe least . I would very very very strongly advise that no one uses ,or even thinks of using this hideous company.. ountan

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!! If I could give no stars I would!!! I booked a holiday in August 2020 for a week at the end of July 2021. There was an error on teletext’s side where the wrong hotel was booked and the hotel I wanted was not available! Therefore my holiday got cancelled and I was told I would be refunded by October. It has now been 9 MONTHS!! I have CALLED and EMAILED MULTIPLE times!!! None of my emails were responded to and every time I called (which always takes more than 30 minutes to get through) I was told I would get my refund and told multiple excuses. My latest phone call I was told I would be refunded after departure date!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE AND I WILL NEVER BE BOOKING THROUGH THEM AGAIN!!!

Please do not book any holiday or anything with this firm they do not have any customer service whatsoever I'm still waiting for my refund after they've cancelled my flight and that's over a year ago avoid them at any cost please

We booked a holiday with them last year. Moved it to this year on July 8th. I have called and emailed since last Sept and they don't answer your emails and leave you on hold for an hour and half then cut you off. They owe me £1000. They did send an email last week saying my holiday has been cancelled but you can't get through to them or Ryanair to get any details. DON'T BOOK WITH THEM UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

do not use as simple as that, con artists dis t want to give one star i’d minus them and then some if i. could iv given up trying to get £1126back. i am a pensioner and had to dave for a very ,ong time for that money.customer service it’s utterly appalling, the left foot does,not know what the right foot is doing they don’t listen. when you eventually, get an adviser they are very rude when they realise you want a refund and not to rebook never ever will i do buisness with these cowboys again iv accepted il never see my money again and they need. to,accept that i will never do buisness with them again and neither will any of my friends or family.the sooner this company folds we the better, do not use avoid avoid avoid

DO NOT EVER BOOK WITH TELETEXT. Unfortunately I had to give 1 star as there wasn’t the option of zero or minus cause that’s what they deserve. They are liars thieves and the most dishonest people on this planet in my opinion. They not only take money for your holiday but then also store your bank details until they feel like taking some more money from you. In my case a holiday paid for and then after the government announced no more holidays they decided to take another £2,300 out of our account without authorisation. We’ve had no correspondence with them since last august 2020. Holiday was April 2021. They ignore all emails sent and then you try to phone and eventually you get through to someone who has no clue what they are doing or even what you are saying.. they then put you on hold and then cut you off and that’s after they’ve told you yet more lies. I’ve been on every social media site to warn people to never use this company to book a holiday. They seriously need investigating. I have reported them to different organisations about their dishonesty and the theft of our money.. next stop the police. If this review gets taken down then that just proves they are not willing to cooperate and refund me our money for a holiday that hasn’t happened. Will say again DISHONEST LIARS and THIEVES!!!! The questions below are unable to be answered as they are a bit of a joke!! I have tried everything to get in touch to get a refund of £7,400 but you don’t respond to a single thing. The owner Wayne Perks is a con man. Any good reviews are self written and people need to look on social media forums to see the real truth of how this company operates. I do hope you email me after this review so I can tell you more details. My 1st time using teletext and definitely the last and is for thousands of other people.
