As an independent entity, we want to clarify that we have no affiliations with the previously known Truly Travel Ltd or Teletext Ltd, both of which entered liquidation in 2021 and 2023, respectively. Following their liquidation, they were acquired by Teletext Travel Ltd.

I rung teletext holidays yesterday for a price for a holiday. Prices way out from the website. Hundreds of pounds out. I queried the costings. Agent then started to become pushy and kept asking what my budget was. He then ended the call. Not a good experience

Bad experience from the start. Prices do not match the advertised prices. The first agent I spoke to was very pushy, seemed helpful to start with, but after being on the phone for over an hour, most of it being put on hold, he started to lose his patience. Then I received an email saying I had to pay double the amount in installments to what I had agreed. This took a long time to sort out, at one point I was told by the agent he could not help and he was ending the call, which he did, just hung up the phone. I have been refused a conformation of payment plan via email. After talking to someone via 'live chat' I did manage to save the chat feed, so have some kind of proof st least. I then decided the hotel is not what I really want. Due to feeling pressured on first phone call. I was told someone would call me within 24 hours, this did not happen, i was then told another 24 hours, again this did not happen. Then I was told I would receive a call at 6:30 pm, again no joy. I called the following morning, the agent guaranteed he would, personally call me back within 2 hours. 6 hours later still no phone call. I have called again, with some help, but again told I will be called back tomorrow. So we will see.

Got our family holiday.everything included. With the help of the teletext members of staff we where able to go to a more exclusive resort.will repost on our return to give our reviews on holiday.Teletext have never let us down and we have booked with then 3 years .

I have been satisfied with my overall service from teletext over my previous bookings and customer service. However I have had one holiday cancelled on me last minute a year ago! But was satisfactory resolved finally.

I was contacted immediately and good options offered. I was pleased to see that there was no hidden extras. The staff member really knew his stuff so booming was organised and swift! I will definitely use them again I had to knock one star off for the awful music being played when on hold .

Excellent, wanted a week away with my eldest son, who is 20, it’s coming up for my 50th birthday, a special occasion. I want to make sure my son is not bored being away with his mum. He is going to try windsurfing lesson nearby to a Lagos which we booked online so easily. This suits us both, Aqualuz Suite Hotel ApartamentoBochum means we get the best of young and 50ish ( I mean being young &young of course).

Terrible terrible non human people. I’ve booked a holiday for me and my wife, it’s our honeymoon I’ve waited a year and they’ve scammed me. They told me hold luggage would be included and easy jet are saying no hold luggage included. They told me we would get a honey moon sweet With a sea view balcony room and the hotel have advised teletext have told them pool view standard room. I suffer from epilepsy I’m so stressed out every time I want to speak to a manager they just pass the parcel within their one team. I’ve just checked online after a colleague has confirmed that their name is teletext holiday limited and companies house has confirmed the company dissolved in 2015. Something needs to be done with these scammers !!!

The information I received when phoning to book my holiday was clear and the person I spoke to was extremely helpful and patient as I couldn't always understand what she was saying. The service I received was excellent, if a little time consuming, but I felt confident that I had left my booking in safe hands. Would definitely recommend
