I have some classroom experience as an English language assistant, so it was good for me to learn more about essential grammar, phonetics and how language courses are structured, as well as do's and don't's in the classroom.
I wouldn't recommend this as a stand-alone course for someone planning to teach English abroad because it doesn't include classroom experience.
The sample lesson videos were really good, though, showing examples of best practice to emulate. You could really appreciate what it takes to do the job of a TEFL teacher from these, and how much preparation must be required.”
