“I am fully satisfied with the TEFL course. I believe it is extremely important to improve yourself and take parts in certification program developed by native speakers. The theory is very clear and unique. The practical part helps to understand the whole system even easier. I am amazed by the video lessons too. This is the most useful course for those who dream to teach English as a second language. Thank you so much for the amazing journey and unforgettable experience that will guide me through my teacher career.”

“The content was fine, good detail and easy to follow. However, the testing side of things could have been a bit more interesting or challenging as I didn’t feel like it was testing my knowledge on how to teach enough- it was just asking multiple choice questions about the previous information given. Overall, after completing the course I don’t feel overly prepared for Teaching English”

“I'm glad to have the certificate. But the course was full of grammatical errors (I suspect written by someone not with English as a first language). Please have someone proof read this again. I was also surprised that my daughter was able to fly through the course skipping all the videos and guessing answers without reading the lessons. We started out doing it together but she went ahead because she was bored waiting for me to do it properly. It took me a lot less than 120 hours and her way less.”

“The content was very detailed and the practice activities were very helpful. Only suggestion would be to have a couple of pages at the end of the course summarising the classroom activities that are suggested in each chapter so that these can be easily printed out for reference.”

Regarding our customer service, we often receive excellent feedback from our customers so I am also surprised and sorry to hear that. I checked our thread and I did reply to your emails within 24 hours. We pride ourselves on our quick response times and are often praised as being very helpful. I also politely request that you stop sending us aggressive emails when we are just trying to help you.
