“I enjoyed the whole course. My tutor Joanne was excellent and professional, and very patient with me. She gave me excellent feedback, even though some of the questions I was just "dumb" and didn't pay close attention.”

“refund policy is lacking. poor communication, havent heard from them in days. too expensive. not required. i still want my refund. complete scam. they have two tos. one that says you dont get a refund if you start the pre course, another for accepting the tos means tough luck. total money grab.”

Hi, We're very sorry to hear you have not received a reply regarding your refund request. If a formal complaint has been made, you can be sure that management will be in touch within 8-days. We do also ensure that our refund policy is clearly shown on our Terms and Conditions page. Here it shows that anyone can request a refund up to 14-days as long as the User Agreement has not been signed. Our User Agreement also specifies in bold that, if you sign it you forfeit your cancellation rights. I am sure you will receive a reply regarding your request very soon.

“The in-person weekend course I attended in Leicester was very useful and the best part of the 140 -hour course I did. It was interactive and enjoyable with a really friendly atmosphere with a nice group of people that made it a more comfortable learning environment. It helped me understand the fun and interactive style of teaching that is expected when teaching a foreign language to children. The online course was okay and helpful for certain aspects that were more simple but I found some of the grammar points not that well explained and they were a few too many quizzes and not enough written explanation in my opinion. In addition, my tutor was very exact and over picky with some of the assignments towards the end of the TEFL methodology course which extended the length of time it took to pass slightly. I also found it poor that when you did the quizzes and didn't pass it just gave you the answers for the 2nd time round when it was a choice of 2 and in the feedback part it sometimes didn't explain properly why it wasn't the right answer.”

The quizzes on our courses are there as a revision tool, to ensure students have understood the written material or videos. This is also why students have unlimited chances to pass these quizzes - so they are not assessed in the same way as the assignments. Our tutors will certainly look for high quality assignments though. “The 120 hour Premier Online TEFL course was very instructive and enjoyable. It was a real advantage being able to progress at my own pace and according to my own timetable. The feedback from my tutor was constructive, useful, and always speedy (thank you, Denise). I feel I now have a full set of tools to help me teach English. Obviously I lack the practical experience (impossible to provide in an online course) but I am now much more confident about engaging with students and helping them learn.”

“My whole experience with the TEFL Org was very satisfying.It offered me exactly what i needed to learn to become a teacher.Very easy to understand and very intresting.My tutor Thomas was VERY helpful and always threw in extra ideas and suggestions in order to better myself.Im very appreciative.Taking this course has made me more confident as a teacher and i recommend it 100% to whoever is thinking of doing it!!!!”

“I enjoyed the Advanced Business English course. My two negatives are: . When giving example lesson plans, add in extra activities, as I followed the plan and was told I needed extra but there wasn’t any in the example. Can the example reflect what is needed? . With the lesson videos, I don’t find the teacher engaging enough to learn from. I felt the same during my previous tefl course (120 hour). With the examples, I tended to skip, as I wasn’t a fan.”
