“This course made me realise I know more than I tought even after 30yrs of being out of education. It covers everything needed. The tutor feedback was very good and guided the way. It is easy to follow and you can go at your own pace. The time allowed is enough even though I have a full time job. I just had to put time aside to fit it in.”

“I appreciate having an affordable option from an accredited organization to earn a TEFL Certificate. I found the grammar section acceptable, and the explanations of the different teaching methodologies acceptable, but overall this course stayed rather surface-level.”

“I have recently finished an online course with The TEFL Org, which proved to be a precious training experience. Although I was teaching in French before, the course introduced new insights and methodologies for teaching English as a foreign language. It was also very convenient to undertake at home, at my own pace. It's a perfect course, covering all the essential aspects of teaching language and classroom management right up to lesson planning. It is very well structured, with easily navigated material and excellent support from instructors. I got tons of ideas that brought up my teaching skills. I strongly recommend The TEFL Org to anyone who wants to enhance their teaching capabilities through online training.”

“I enjoyed the course, but the videos were sometimes too long on Grammar and I preferred just to read the transcript. I also didn't like the word count on the tasks in Methodology, I felt for a level 5 they were too short at this level I am used to writing a lot more.”

“Hey there! It was my first experience in getting such a diploma. The course is very interesting and worthwhile. I’ve reached lots of new ideas for my lessons. But I’d like you to change Units’ assignments where there more than 3 tasks coz it’s getting complicated to achieve without stressing out. “Great easy to use program with great feedback from the tutors. I definitely feel more prepared to teach! My only constructive criticism is that the program would close me out of the course and return me to the home page randomly. sounds like a fixable bug.”

“I already have a teaching qualification and experience and I initially did this course simply because I needed to refresh my qualification for a bureaucratic process. I'm glad I did because it turned out to be much more than just a straightforward refresh. It challenged me to think hard about the lesson planning process and exposed me to new concepts that I will be able incorporate into my practice. I enjoyed the challenging back and forth with the tutor when I submitted my assignments -- for me, that was the most valuable aspect. The assignment word limits force you to express yourself concisely and efficiently, which for me was a definite challenge. I wholeheartedly recommend this course, both to beginners and those in need of a refresh.”

“I took the 120hr online course, and felt that the modules were well-structured. The classroom demonstration videos were especially useful. One thing I would suggest is for the videos to be updated - the content is fine, but it felt from visuals & examples that the videos had all been taken some time ago. The feedback from my tutor was helpful and timely. Overall, I would recommend TEFL to friends or colleagues looking to do a fully online programme - I chose this option for flexibility of time in this season, and also because I'd already been an English (first-language) teacher and simply wanted to build on that. But for someone without experience, still working on the language and serious about certification as a TESOL teacher, I'd still suggest they do an in-person or hybrid programme.”

“I’ve enjoyed 120h TEFL COURSE, especially the flexibility when /where to do it. Although I found some of the materials a bit outdated. Video presentations are very old. telephone teaching course is not relevant - I would benefit more to have access to more modern approaches taking about modern technologies. In my opinion ‘teaching large class course’ should be a separate course. Overall I was happy with the outcome and hopefully can use my TEFL certificate to enhance my carear .”

“The course itself did contain a lot of useful information and details regarding teaching. However I do believe the tutor assigned to myself intentionally didn't let me pass so I have to pay for extensions and use more money on the course.”

“The course is great, the resources are plentiful, and it has best equipped me for Teaching English as a Foreign Language. What I do NOT appreciate, however, is the fake 'never-ending' sale that occurs on your website. The course is a great product, and the organisation has a decent reputation. Please don't ruin it by running these fake sales, it causes more detriment than you think. I feel personally cheated due to a sale that was meant to end in May, is still active in June/July. Otherwise, Kudos to your teaching team, writers and editors of the course. Besides the Telephone Teaching, all courses on it were very useful.”
