“It was great! Seemed short at the beginning but as you get into the methodology you learn alot and equally spend more time. It would be nice if the certificates had a cooler design.”

“The 200-Hour Level 5 Online Diploma TEFL has been written meticulously. Technical and academic support from all staff and tutor were excellent. The fact that my assignments were marked within 24 hours , sometimes within 48 hours, and above all weekends inclusive is extraordinary. I worked hard for it, got the required assistance from all staff, and completed the course 2 months in advance. I am very likely to return and study for another course of my choice. My gratitude to you all.”

“As someone who doesn't have enough hours in the day, TEFL's self learn courses is very much appreciated. I can learn whenever I have the time without crippling time constraints. The courses are fleshed out, with ample feedback from your tutors for your assignments. I'd recommend TEFL to anyone who wants to challenge themselves to do something different!”

“I felt the courses were educational. I feel the courses can be used for everyday teaching regardless for beginner levels to expert. “It has been a very bad experience. The videos are too old, students within the video are not motivated or engaged. Teachers in the videos are terrible explaining same as they tutor reviewing the assignments, the feedback explanations are not concisely clear. The extensions are too expensive (do not be fooled by the initial offer, them courses are ALWAYS in offer but after they rip you off lots of money to extend if needed). Almost 48 hours to correct assignments IS BAD, specially if you consider that the course expires, time is gold so your tutors should mark the assignments within 24hours instead, to be fair. The content is bland and the course is boring. I do not recommend it at all.”

We are also sorry to hear that the explanations provided by our teachers and tutors did not meet your expectations. We understand the importance of transparency so we make it clear on our website the length of each course, to help our students organise their time accordingly. Our tutors do certainly have 48-hours to mark assignments for all of their students. This ensures efficient and quality marking which includes feedback to ensure we meet the strict criteria of our accreditors. We understand that time is valuable though, so please be assured that the tutors can still mark course work even after the expiry date of the course. “I attended the 200-hour Level 5 TEFL course and the 20-hour Classroom TEFL course and I am very grateful for the great experiences I had. It was well organized and everything worked out wonderfully, I felt very well looked after. The courses were undoubtedly hard work, but I learned a lot and the tutors on both courses were supportive and appreciative. I also enjoyed working with other students on the classroom course. Although it was challenging, above all it was a valuable class that was a lot of fun as a group. I now feel much more confident and better prepared for my work as an English teacher.”

“I have learnt a lot through this course. I found most of the information very valuable. Conversely, I found some malfunction errors having to repeat some of the quizzes or go back to some slides because they were not marked as seen/done, which was pretty annoying. I think if those errors are corrected, the user experience will improve greatly.”
