“I bought TechSilver's Dementia Tracker GPS Watch and I must say, I'm glad I did because both the watch itself and the service from TechSilver have been absolutely fantastic. I have an 89 year old elderly mother with dementia who has started to go wandering and a friend on mine suggested TechSilver as he bought from them in the past and says they are also fantastic. The watch has helped me to find my mother when she goes missing, I then call her to tell her to stay where she is so I can help her back to the house, I don't know what i would do without it now. It has helped to lower my stress levels and has kept my peace of mind knowing my mother is a lot safer with the watch. TechSilver's service has also been amazing. I had a lengthy conversation with Aaron on the phone about which GPS tracker would be right for my mother. He walked me through different devices including the GPS watch, telling me all of the features of the GPS watch and answered every question I had. I was also comforted that they also have a live chat and email system so if I need advice there are many ways to contact them. I've never know a company to go so in depth with their instruction videos, you can tell a lot of work was put into them! They really helped me to understand the watch fully. You can really tell that they care about their customers by how kind and understanding they are, and that's why I will be shopping with them again in the near future for other gadgets as I have full confidence in their products. I recommend the Dementia Tracker GPS Watch and TechSilver to anyone who reads this, they have changed my life for the better and I can't thank them enough.”

“I ordered a "Big Letter Keyboard For Visually Impaired (Black)" along with standard delivery. Delivery was extremely prompt; it arrived after just a few days that included Sat & Sun and it was in perfect condition. I have been using it for only a short time but it is ideal for me - I am partially sighted due to Macular Degeneration. The high contrast white on black keys are just the job. Although I retired many years ago, my present volunteering roles require much use of MS Office applications and so of particular importance to me is the fact that it is a full-size keyboard. The TechSilver website was very easy to use, especially the checkout procedures. I say this because I use a personalised high contrast theme in Windows 10 and I am surprised how difficult it is for me to use some websites, even major ones!”

“My husband ordered the Large Print Keyboard For Visually Impaired (Yellow) and it arrived the next day even though we only opted for the standard postage. It works great and, even though I have RP and am registered severely sight impaired, I think will allow me to continue using our pc for a while longer.”

“We have an 86 year old, very physically fit Dad who can walk for miles. The trouble was he doesn't know where he is going and often got lost. The last time was for 36 hrs after an all out police and helicopter search. We needed some form of tracker that he would not remove and found Techsilvers insoles. We bought him a very comfortable pair of walking shoes and removed all others from the house. A GOD SEND!! They are the most amazing and ESSENTIAL bit of technology that you can provide your loved one with who is suffering from Alzheimer's or Dementia. We can allow him to go for his wanderings to give him his sense of freedom. He can still live in his own house so from a point of view of expense, this is a far cheaper option then a care home which he would be miserable in. Worth every penny! We still have to go and pick him up but we know where he is. Thank you for making our lives easier Techsilver.”
