“Phoned to check the order had been received. Request was dealt efficiently, politely and friendly. Order received in a couple of days which was before the time stated of 3 to 5 days. Very impressed.”

“The case was of excellent quality and delivered earlier than anticipated. Fitting instructions sparse. Would help if 'remove back case of phone and then place new phone into the cradle of the case'.”

“TechSilver were great, kept me informed on delivery, I bought a tv remote for my disabled mum, it was very easy to set up, I used YouTube clip and paper instructions. It is brilliant, with only 5 buttons it has helped her enormously. I felt very confident that if I did have a problem TechSilver would have been there to help.”

“So far battery life has been a little disappointing and although for me I like the design for my 83 year old mother a more elegant design would be nice. Technically the device is going a huge way to having all the requirements for a person withe dementia calls to the device are very clear and loud but do cost £1.25.”

Thank you for the feedback, we'll pass this onto the manufacturer about the design being too masculine. “Being an ex-police officer I know how much effort and cost is involved in searching for a vulnerable missing person. Having done a lot of research in finding the best tracking device for a person with dementia I would strongly reccomend this company. Miles was exceptional in explaining what products were available before making a reccomendation bespoke for my mother. The service was excellant, the product was delivered the next day and setting up instructions were simple and clearly explained within a video. Following a small querry that evening I emailed and received a reply a short time later despite it being late on a Friday evening. The product appears to be everything we had been promised and overall very impressed with service as well. Would commend this company to anyone looking for this type of product.”

“I initially purchased an all singing all dancing tracker from TechSilver. It became quickly apparent that, this was not suitable for my needs. I contacted TechSilver and spoke to Miles who offered some great advice and put me in touch with the UK tech people. After still experiencing issues, I spoke again to Miles who offered to replace the unit with one more suitable with no quibble, and with technical advice on a replacement. This was sent out same day. The service given was outstanding and I would have no hesitation in recommending TechSiler to anyone. Thanks TechSilver, and particularly Miles.”

“Simply one of the best keyboards I have used. It’s excellent value for money. Great keys for typing, and has very clear lights on the caps and number locks buttons, which many others lack. Very easy to set up, simply plugging in the usb, and it was good to go. The keys also have a nice spring to them when typing. As a severely sight impaired individual, this keyboard has been one of my best purchases. Highly recommended, and a great website too.”

“I initially had help from Aaron, whilst I was in Australia, on the best watch for my needs to get for my wife. After some deliberations I decided that the GPS watch was the one, as I did not need to more expensive watch at the moment. And it seemed that two way communication was better on the GPS watch too. I had trouble setting up the watch because i got in a muddle with registration. However, Miles put me straight and was very patient. His video is excellent; well presented in a calm manner. Thank you all.”
