“Instructions to set up the device are very clear and once the App was loaded, it was easy to set up the tracker as we require. It has been seen to show excursions outside the set geofences so we are confident this has been a good addition to the tools we use to look after our mother.”

“I bought the Large Print Keyboard for Mac about 6 weeks ago and so far it is brilliant. It is very easy to see the keys, even in low light, and so far I haven't needed to use the accompanying keyboard light - but still glad to have it. I called customer services to make the purchase and the staff were extremely helpful. They also respond promptly to e-mail queries. Overall I feel very supported and got great value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending TechSilver to anyone.”

“Large Button Talking Clock. Purchased this device for use during the night to avoid the inconvenience of having to put on spectacles to see a bedside digital clock. It is the perfect solution, so much so that I have even got rid of the digital clock, the bright numbers on which can be a bit distracting in the dark. Very easy to set up and use. and the batteries are said to last about one year which is great.”

I bought a small device for my father who has dementia and set it up myself after watching the videos provided but still had one or two questions so called them and was immediately helped by a very patient helpful assistant They also called me the next day to check that everything was running smoothly. “I recommended this keyboard (Extra Large Keys (USB) - Yellow) to a friend with Parkinson's disease some months ago and, at the time, he didn't feel it would be of any help. However, since his Parkinson's became worse, he has been making more mistakes by hitting the wrong keys. He finally agreed to give the TechSilver keyboard a try, so I ordered it for him. After a short period of getting used to it, he has found it to be of great benefit. The computer is very important to him, and I feel the keyboard has enabled him to continue using the computer more effectively.”

“First Class Service. My dads Gps tracker developed a fault but Louisa and Dominic were excellent and fixed the problem within a day, Louisa sent out a loan tracker as my dad has Alzheimer’s and we cannot do without one, Dominic tested my dads Tracker and promptly told us to keep the loan tracker as there was a rare fault that had developed with my dads. Excellent communication and service couldn’t fault them. Thanks again for fixing this problem super quick. Highly Recommended Company.”

“I purchased the gps tracker for my father in law who has Dementia.The first day it was on his keys it paid for itself he went out and couldn’t find his way home. I alerted the Care company and they found him 4.5 kilometres from his house. Excellent product”
