“First time I used this company had the item in stock and delivered within a few days meaning my scanner is not functioning really pleased with the service.”

“I bought a laptop from you and thought your service was poor. Your staff were very good and pointed out - in a very nice way - that the mistakes were in fact mine. I have reversed my original opinion and would give you almost full marks. The minus point is that in getting a new laptop it would be better to include more than one page of instructions. Minor but it does make for a slower understanding”

“This company operate a highly efficient, effective and faultless service. I was delighted that the printer I chose was in stock and available at a very competitive price. “The online purchase was simple and straightforward and that was followed by a prompt delivery on the day promised. The laptop itself is exactly what I expected. The only reason that I didn't give this site a 5 Star rating was becauseof the delivery charge. Some companies make unneccessary and exorbitant delivery charges for northern Scotland and some companies prove that it's unneccessary by delivering to the exact same area for free.”

“It is only day one with the new screen, but up to now I have no real complaints. - There was a quick turnaround of pre sales advice further to several questions regarding product warranty and pixel policy. - The online shopping experience was smooth and the order was quickly processed and even dispatched within 24hrs, even though free (5 -7 days) shipping option was chosen. - Screen was shipped on Friday and arrived on Monday. - The manufacturer's packaging and the product therein was undamaged and seems to be (so far) in good working order.”

“Having never purchased anything of pretty high value on any website before I was to say the least dubious which is if I'm honest a big understatement, I was worried sick, but I took the plunge and bought a Lenovo V55T Ryzen 5 3400G 11CC0009UK desktop and paid for a 3 day delivery. It arrived the following day (Not 3 Days) in absolute perfect packaging and condition, plus also contained a wired Mouse & Keyboard which where not even advertised with the desk top. (Bonus) I have registered the desk top with Lenovo for the warranty and done checks on the system etc, result, absolutely perfect and has windows 10 Pro as stated. Just got to download MS Office and I'm ready to go. Will I use TechnoWorld again for any computing needs, one word Definitely, it's probably the best service I've ever had on any website that I have purchased from. Top Marks TechnoWorld and Thanks. P.S. A Fantastic Price nearly £100 cheaper than anyone else.”
