“I have just completed purchase of my second printer from Technology Outlet this time it was an expensive buy so I had to really work out the budget, thanks to my being on their email list I receive their offers and deals so was excited to see that the printer I wanted had a deal with free filament offer. Unfortunately I didn't have my finance in place until after the offer expired so decided to contact them on the off chance they could sort something out for me. I sent an email just before the weekend but heard nothing. Being the impatient type I tried to live chat on Monday morning but after half an hour of waiting for a connection I gave up. At this point a 5 star review seems ridiculous but that all changed when I picked up the phone and gave them a ring. The call was answered by Sam, I explained my situation and asked if he could help. He replied that as a technician he couldn't authorise it but would speak to someone and call me back later in the day. I received a call from him telling me that they would honour the deal I had seen even though it had expired and he would email me a link to pay for the printer if I could email him a list of the filaments I wanted to receive. I thanked him and within a couple of minutes the emails arrived, I chose what I wanted, paid for the printer and received further emails updating me on the progress of the order. The following morning I emailed Sam again asking for the tracking info and he came straight back with a link and telling me it should be here by 1pm. Before lunch a lorry arrived with the printer and rolls of filament strapped to a pallet. It was well packaged and after the usual struggle when dealing with big boxes I now have a fantastic printer set up in my kitchen. In summery, although I didn't get hold of Technology Outlet easily at first as soon as I picked up the phone the process was a pleasure and surprisingly fast. Sam should be commended for his friendliness, helpfulNess and efficiency. I will be using them again.”

“Three words. FIRST CLASS SERVICE. I was going to our base the snapmaker from there website but would have took over a week to get to me so I ordered from technology outlet and received it next day and best of all it took less then 20 minutes to set up. Would recommend this company to anyone. Would be definitely be using this company again 5 *****”

“On this occasion I placed an order for filament and auto bed leveller 26th July (orders over £60 next day delivery) order was placed 6am ish on the 26th. Payment was authorised and that was the last communication I received items did not arrive on the 27th but I also assumed that weekends do not count as business days so I’m ok with that and expected it Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Looking into my order on the 29th it showed unfulfilled. I had to contact Technology outlet (online) to find out what was happening with my order as to which I was asked did I not receive a phone call? Unfortunately the bed levelling probe isn’t in stock even though funds were authorised for my purchases and it showed the item as being in stock at the time of order. Pretty poor show but reimbursed straight away which was positive”

“My first purchase with Technology Outlet was satisfactory. The package - a BLtouch - arrived on time and well packaged. They did send the wrong version however; a BLtouch with the accessories for an Ender3, whilst I needed the BLtouch only. I am not convinced however that Technology Outlet is the most price competitive retailer. This may be offset with a good level of customer support, but I have not had need of this yet. I will try some of their filaments to see if they are better than other cheaper options out there. The BLtouch that I purchased is fantastic and dramatically improved print adhesion.
