“Ordered a refurbished printer that had already been sold, was notified the next day by e-mail and telephone, the person I spoke to was very apologetic and explained to me clearly what had happened. Ordered a new printer and it arrived the next day with no problems. The only critique I have is that the printer was shipped in the box it comes with, so everyone knows what's inside, a quick covering in black shrink wrap would solve that but I'm just nitpicking.”

“Bought some white pla, arrived quickly, slightly disappointed not in a resealable bag, but it's not then end of the world, very good idea of amount left on spool sticker, it prints very well heated bed at 50 degrees, nozzle at 200 prints very nice and clean, probably best filament I have used so ordered another colour, well done, will order more in the future”
