“After purchasing from a large retailer only to find an inability to contact customer service to rectify fault on arrival, I returned and sought out a UK supplier who I could immediately contact should there be any problems as my son is new to 3d printing. I found technology outlet and rang them to check returns would be to uk address if any problems. I also needed to call them after set up as my son was stuck they were very helpful and tech team was available to speak to. My son is up and running now and loving his new present. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend buying from here as opposed to places you may find cheaper but nowhere near as helpful.”

“Excellent company. Very helpful. Good products. Recommend them 100%. Wasn't happy with one printer and an exchange offered without any fuss Sadly, my exchange printer started having problems and broke down but, as they had been very helpful at the start and put up with a lot of phone call from me, I didn't want to bother them with it. Once I've saved up, I'll be back to buy again!!”
