“I thought this would be a superior printer. Sorry guys, my prusai3 prints far better. Once assembled it was hard to get setup. Y axis motors wouldn't turn, screws on the threaded rod holders have to be inserted correctly. A silly mistake by the manufacturer. Sit little things are tell tale signs? I will get rid of this machine asap. Unless someone can show me something special from this printer?? I don't hold my breath.”

“The staff were very helpful. I'd ordered my printer before opening hours and by 9am I had a query so I sent them an email. I wasn't expecting such an early reply but they replied 20 minutes after opening hours and I was pleasantly surprised. They helped me out with my issue and everything went smoothly, no problems. I have confidence in the staff and will be dealing with them again”

“The product quality and price are excellent. If I were rating the overall service on these things alone, I would be selecting "Very Good". However, as the choice of Courier service is a major part of the whole purchasing process, I can only just rate the Technology Outlet as "Acceptable". My item was "At our local depot", for 2 days! The only purpose for delaying is to differentiate and justify the increased cost of next day delivery. I also have to say that, it also seemed to take a very long time for the item to be handed to the courier. I must reiterate, this should not take a way the fact that the product is good and a good price. Tighten up your system and/or get a different courier!”
