“I have used TA for a while now for printers and ABS. I like the filament. The last two orders however have been wrong. One order contained PETG instead of ABS and the last order contained standard yellow instead of fluorescent.”

“I have a Creality CR10 5s - The Y axis has caused problems on a frequent basis, thanks to Sam at Technology Outlet, ruling out PCB and linear motor issues - it was eventually found the Cura software speeds are too fast for the heavy bed of the machine. I would recommend buying them as the after sales service is excellent. Thanks again Sam.”
