“Good products, shipping costs are high and slow for smaller items that could use standard post instead of couriers.”

Hi Mark, Thank you for your feedback regarding delivery costs. We have taken this on board, along with similar feedback, and are talking to the Royal Mail to find cost-effective ways we can deliver smaller items for cheaper (or free!). Kind regards, Tim

“Ordered the Silver Silk filament, expecting it to be fairly low quality due to the cheap price. Very pleasantly surprised. The quality is top notch. Very happy and will be ordering again. Slight damage do it being badly handled en-route, but it was packed well, so totally not Technology Outlet's fault. (part of the spool had broken off and the parcel was VERY battered, but still totally usable)”

“Very, very helpful people, bought 3 printers so far from them. Never had a complaint. If there has ever been any problems, they have been sorted out very quickly with no hassles. Would highly recommend this company.”

“There is two parts to this story. First part - very helpful. Package sent directly from them arrived next day, before midday. perfect. Second part - they don't always send stock that is "in stock" directly from them. It can come from other places, like amazon. Unfortunately, they didn't communicate this so we only received one box on the monday morning. We thought the printer had gone missing so had to chase. Turns out it was being sent by Amazon and Hermes. Hermes are notorious for random delivery times. 5.50 one night. 7.50 the next night. Of course, not much use for a business/school. The package was finally delivered two days later than planned. Communication was key in all of this. Don't advertise products are being sent by a quality courier, when they are coming from Hermes/Yodel etc. Anyway, items finally received and a resolution in the form of discounted future orders.”

While it is rare that we sell out from our in-house warehouse, and in these exceptional cases we send from Amazons warehouse. “Purchased 2 items recently, nothing wrong with either, however I paid delivery charge because order was less than the £60 free delivery criteria. Later read on the website Free UK next day delivery when spending over £30 . Sent email to inform sales@technologyoutlet.co.uk and no response 5 days later. Not impressed.”
